You must register and pay for one of the LIMITED Concierge Express Drop Off appointments ($50) to use the Consierge Express Drop Off service.

You can choose to drop off between 3:30-4pm or 7-8pm. Simply pull to the front doors of Ceraland and a Crew Member will unload your car and put your items on the sales floor!

It is MANDATORY that clothing and shoes arrives organized by size and gender and all hangers are facing like a “?”. Ensure all items are in CLEAN, working condition and that battery operated items turn on. Please use disposable containers for your items (ex. bags, cardboard boxes, etc.)
