USING OUR INVENTORY SYSTEM
Our inventory system is simple to use. Follow these easy steps. If you have any problems, feel free to emai firstname.lastname@example.org.
Consignor Registration Opens Feb 15! Sign up at www.whale-sale-columbus.co/consignor-registration.
After you register, you will receive a consignor number.You will use your consignor number and a password to access your account. You will log into your account from either the consignor log-in on our home page or returning consignor under the “SELL tab”.
Once you are logged into your account, you will select “My Homepage”. Once you are on your homepage, you will select “menu” and pick “work with consigned inventory”.
To start adding items, select “add items”.
- Click “Add New Item” and select the accurate Category & Size for your item. Enter a detailed description so that your item can be matched to the tag should the tag fall off during the sale. Price your item. The minimum price for each item is $2.00.
- Select “discount” if you would like to discount the item during the 50% price shopping hours at the end of the sale and 75% off for the last two hours of the sale.
- Select “donate” if you would like us to donate your item after the sale if it has not sold. Donations go to Sans Souci.
- Click “submit” and move to your next item.
Once you finish adding your inventory, you are ready to PRINT TAGS! Print your tags on white card stock. Please do not print on regular paper. Tags on regular paper often detach from their item during the sale.
To print tags, from you home screen, select “work with consigned inventory,” and then “print tags.” Choose to “generate tags to PDF format”. Your tags will print 6 per page and look like the tags below.
